Now that I have your attention...
I've included a picture of my daughter (middle above) whom I'm VERY proud of. She made the Houston Rockets "Power Dancer" squad this year and I'm still trying to deal with my little girl as a "pin up". We're all very proud of her, especially since she just graduated from U of H in May with two degrees!
I must say, my new 17" Macbook Pro is the sleekest computer I've ever owned. Believe me, as an I/T manager with control over my company's I/T budget, I have used more than a dozen high-end laptops over the past seven years or so including Toshibas, HPs, Alienware and Dells. My current company rig is a Dell 17" XPS M1710. Until now, I thought it was the slickest portable made. My Macbook is much thinner and lighter than my XPS, yet the hardware specs for the two are virtually identical. The only drawback to the Mac is its' complete lack of user-serviceable parts. Literally everything except the battery requires a warranty-voiding case crack to replace or upgrade. This Mac is the machine I'll be using for everything as I build this site and add content. I plan to really put it through it's paces including building an audio podcast, video podcast, picture album, a wiki and as much other stuff as I can think of, execute and still keep my day job. This oughta be fun.
